Come join in the planning for our special dinner presentation featuring Kamal Hassan speaking on the Palestinian view of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. Kamal's family are Palestinian refugees.

Other CPJ events and discussion will be on the agenda.

Thurs June 26th 4:30 pm FOURTH THURSDAY STAND FOR PEACE: Grants Pass

Come stand with us united for Peace and for the safe, immediate return of our troops and in opposition to this administration's continuing support for torture, militarism, unbridled Executive power and the squandering of our troops and other national resources.

Immediately following the stand, join us across the street at Newman United Methodist Church meeting hall for discussion on important Peace and Justice issues.

4:30 pm, in front of the Josephine County courthouse, 500 NW Sixth Street, Grants Pass.

Bring your signs, your songs, your peace lovin’ energy and make it clear that we expect the new Congress to keep faith with the people that elected them to end the occupation and bring the troops home.

Friday July 11th 6:00 pm Special Dinner event featuring Kamal Hassan.
Join CPJ at 6:00 pm for a dinner of middle eastern dishes and hear a presentation concerning the Palestinian refugee situation. Kamal, whose family are refugees from their homeland of Palestine, speaks from experience about the Palestinian/Israeli conflict.
